The Villas at The Grove Homeowners Association

The Villas at the Grove (The Villas) is a private community located in Elkhorn, NE 68022 (Douglas County) across from Shadow Ridge Country Club, North of Pacific Street between 188th and 189th streets. 

 

The Villas are part of Sanitation Improvement District (SID) 438, within the Elkhorn Public School District and within three miles of Village Pointe, Lakeside Hospital (and a variety of specialty medical services) and The Shops at Legacy.

 

Monthly assessments cover: common costs, e.g., green space maintenance, private street repair, maintenance and snow plowing, taxes, etc., and residential lawn care and snow removal.  Cost of waste and recycling services are included in real estate taxes paid to SID 438.

 

The Villas are included in "Nextdoor", a private neighborhood social network comprised of The Grove and The Villas at the Grove.  Villas members may join Nextdoor without disclosing private personal information.
